Text2TV (“Text2TV,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated by Orion Investments LLC and operates the website located at https://text2tv.com and related messaging services (the “Service”).

By using the Service or sending a message to a Text2TV phone number, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See Sections 5 and 6 for details.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate the Service.
A. Information Collected from Participants
When you send a text message (SMS or MMS) to a Text2TV phone number, we collect:
- Your mobile phone number
- The content of your message (including text and images)
- Message timestamps
- Basic delivery and routing metadata provided by our messaging provider
Participants are not required to create accounts.
B. Information Collected from Account Holders
If you create an account to activate and manage a Text2TV display number, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Payment information (processed by a third-party payment provider)
- Subscription details
- Account activity information
We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
C. Automatically Collected Website Information
When visiting our website, we may collect limited technical information such as:
- IP address
- Browser type
- Basic usage data
This information is used for security and operational purposes.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information solely to:
- Operate the Text2TV messaging and display service
- Display submitted content during active sessions
- Provide account management functionality
- Process subscription payments

Messages and images sent to a Text2TV number may be displayed publicly on a shared screen.
Participants should only submit content they are comfortable sharing in a public setting.
4. Data Retention
Text2TV does not permanently store participant images.
Messages and images are deleted when:
- The associated account is closed, or
- The account becomes inactive
We may retain limited system logs or backup data for operational, security, or legal compliance purposes.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not share participant phone numbers or message content with advertisers.
We may share information only with trusted service providers that help us operate the Service, including:
- SMS and MMS processing providers (such as Twilio)
- Payment processors
- Website hosting providers
These providers process information solely to provide services to Text2TV and are not permitted to use the data for their own marketing purposes.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
6. SMS Privacy Statement
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All categories of information described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
However, no method of transmission over SMS or the internet is completely secure.
8. Children's Privacy
Text2TV is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
9. Your Choices
Participants may stop participating at any time by no longer sending messages to a Text2TV number.
