The name of this messaging program is Text2TV.

Text2TV is a public display messaging service that allows participants to send SMS and MMS messages (including images) to a designated phone number. Submitted content may be displayed publicly on a shared screen such as a television for entertainment and group interaction.

An account holder (“Account Holder”) subscribes to activate and manage a Text2TV display number. Participants are not required to create accounts in order to send messages.

Message frequency varies depending on user interaction and session activity.

Participants may receive one or more reply messages per submission. Message frequency will vary by event and usage.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and service plan.

Text2TV does not charge participants for sending or receiving messages. Text2TV does not operate a premium SMS program and does not bill participants directly.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Text2TV at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you reinitiate contact.

By sending a message to a Text2TV number, you:

• Confirm you are the authorized user of the mobile number used
• Consent to receive session-related SMS responses
• Acknowledge that participation is voluntary
• Understand that your submitted content may be displayed publicly

Text2TV does not send marketing messages to participants without separate consent.

An account is required to activate and manage a Text2TV display number.

Subscriptions may be offered on a daily, monthly, or other recurring basis.

By purchasing a subscription, the Account Holder authorizes Text2TV to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Text2TV reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

Subscription fees apply only to the Account Holder who activates and manages the display service.

Participants who send messages to a Text2TV number are not charged by Text2TV to participate.

Standard message and data rates may apply according to the participant’s mobile carrier plan. Text2TV does not charge per message and does not bill participants directly.

Text2TV is designed for shared, public experiences.

By submitting text or image content, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your content may be displayed publicly on a shared screen
• Others in the same physical location may view your content
• Your phone number may be partially anonymized or associated with a display name
• You are solely responsible for the content you submit

Do not submit content you do not wish to be publicly displayed.

You agree not to submit:

• Illegal material
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Harassing, abusive, or threatening messages
• Defamatory content
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Spam, malware, or automated submissions

Text2TV reserves the right to remove content, suspend service, or block phone numbers at its discretion.

You retain ownership of the content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant Text2TV a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display the content
• Process it for session functionality
• Temporarily store it as necessary to operate the Service

Text2TV does not permanently store images. Messages and images are deleted when an account is closed or becomes inactive, subject to reasonable backup and system retention practices.

Text2TV may, but is not obligated to:

• Monitor submissions
• Filter content
• Remove content
• Block participants

The Account Holder is responsible for managing the environment in which content is displayed.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Text2TV does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, Text2TV and Orion Investments LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the Service.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Account Holder during the preceding subscription period.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Text2TV and its operator from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Content you submit
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Service

Text2TV uses third-party providers, including Twilio, to process SMS and MMS messages. Delivery of messages is subject to carrier network availability and third-party service reliability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Text2TV may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
